Villa with garden, pool and views, remote-working

Amazing stay in this villa. The location is perfect- peaceful and quiet, away from the busy tourist areas, with a great sense of privacy as there are no visible neighbors at all. The village is small and charming, and the views of the mountains from the property are beautiful. For our group of 11 +1 small baby, it was outstanding. Despite the quiet setting the highway is very close, making it easy to get around the island. Palma is only 30-minute drive away, and the villa’s location works really well as a base for exploring different parts of Mallorca, especially the northern mountainous part. The villa is very well equipped and has a spacious kitchen, the pool was fantastic and taken good care of and we used it with pleasure. There is a great roofed BBQ terrace and a dedicated office room, which made working remotely for a few of us very comfortable. One feature we especially appreciated was the small detached house next to the pool. It has its own bedroom and bathroom, and it was perfect for us and our baby. We could keep our normal schedule without worrying about waking up the rest of our group staying in the main house. Garage was a plus. We managed to fit three SUVs inside, although maneuvering was tight and required some careful driving. Still, having secure parking for all our cars was convenient. The air conditioning worked well. One bedroom didn't have AC, but it had a fan which helped and wasn't a major issue for us (1st week of June so it was already pretty hot, around 30°C during the day). Communication with Francisco was always smooth, friendly, and efficient, making everything easy from start to finish. Pablo and Marianela, who help maintain the property, were also very helpful throughout our stay. Besides taking care of the pool, they were quick to assist us with a few practical things like turning on the washing machine. Overall, great villa for a stay in Mallorca.

Det bedste var roen, så meget privat, ingen nabostøj eller vejstøj, en hund gøede engang imellem😊 Gode store rum som køkkenet og stuen. Vi var ti pers. Og der var altid go plads til alle.

De første par dage vi var der, var det ikke forsvarligt at bade i poolen. Poolen manglede klor og pH samt støvsugning. Pablo kom og tog prøver, så først på 3 dagen, kunne vi bade. Underligt at det ikke er en første prioritet, nu når stedet og huset er så lækkert. En klipning af buske og hække, ville pynte stedet op.

We had an amazing stay at Francisco's villa! The pictures don't even do it justice. The outside area is enormous - aside from the main terrace and pool area, there are another two big terraces with fruit trees. The views of the surrounding hills and villages are stunning, especially around sunset. There's loads of areas to lounge around the pool, including a nice 'chill area' with plenty of shade. We also used the BBQ a lot. :) The inside of the house is very spacious and clean. We were there with 8 people and the house could have easily accommodated more. We enjoyed the big kitchen for communal cooking and meals. There's also a second 'winter garden' attached to the downstairs bedroom, which is perfect for remote working or for kids as a separate play area. Campanet is a lovely little village and it's just 5-10 min walk from the house to the main Plaza. There's a few grocery stores and bars / restaurants in the center. Generally very well located for further exploring Mallorca, since Campanet is right off the main highway. Communication with Francisco was super easy.
