Villa with garden, pool and views, remote-working

La casa era molto grande, accogliente e pulita. Eravamo in 11 persone ed è perfetta per un numero elevato di persone.

We had a pleasant stay at this property and, despite a number of issues, we would like to acknowledge the owner's excellent communication and willingness to resolve problems promptly. The location is lovely, with beautiful views across the surrounding landscape. Another notable advantage is the large and spacious garage, which comfortably accommodates at least two standard-sized family cars, providing secure and convenient parking. The swimming pool is undoubtedly the highlight of the property. It is large, well designed, and suitable for both adults and older children, with both shallow and deep areas providing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Pablo also did an excellent job maintaining the pool during our stay. The house itself is comfortable and functional, and we particularly appreciated the spacious bedrooms and the comfortable beds with good-quality mattresses. We did, however, miss having air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, particularly during the warmer nights. When we arrived, we experienced some cleaning and maintenance issues which were disappointing given the property's otherwise strong reviews. However, the owner responded immediately, took our concerns seriously, and arranged for the local team to address the matters without delay. Throughout our stay, communication was friendly, professional and very efficient, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a good holiday home with considerable potential, an excellent pool, and a very responsive owner who genuinely cares about guests' experiences. With some investment in maintenance, refurbishment and garden upkeep, the property could easily provide an even better holiday experience.

Several interior walls have peeling paint, the large awning outside the main bedroom is broken and remains permanently lowered, and parts of the kitchen, including the ovens, worktop, appliances and sink, appear dated and in need of refurbishment. Furthermore, the kitchen tap had been patched up with what looked like adhesive tape, giving a rather unhygienic impression. The outdoor areas also require more attention. While the views are beautiful, the garden appears somewhat neglected. Trees and shrubs would benefit from trimming, and the lower orchard area was poorly maintained, with dead trees and large abandoned plastic containers scattered throughout. This detracts somewhat from the enjoyment of the otherwise attractive setting.

Amazing stay in this villa. The location is perfect- peaceful and quiet, away from the busy tourist areas, with a great sense of privacy as there are no visible neighbors at all. The village is small and charming, and the views of the mountains from the property are beautiful. For our group of 11 +1 small baby, it was outstanding. Despite the quiet setting the highway is very close, making it easy to get around the island. Palma is only 30-minute drive away, and the villa’s location works really well as a base for exploring different parts of Mallorca, especially the northern mountainous part. The villa is very well equipped and has a spacious kitchen, the pool was fantastic and taken good care of and we used it with pleasure. There is a great roofed BBQ terrace and a dedicated office room, which made working remotely for a few of us very comfortable. One feature we especially appreciated was the small detached house next to the pool. It has its own bedroom and bathroom, and it was perfect for us and our baby. We could keep our normal schedule without worrying about waking up the rest of our group staying in the main house. Garage was a plus. We managed to fit three SUVs inside, although maneuvering was tight and required some careful driving. Still, having secure parking for all our cars was convenient. The air conditioning worked well. One bedroom didn't have AC, but it had a fan which helped and wasn't a major issue for us (1st week of June so it was already pretty hot, around 30°C during the day). Communication with Francisco was always smooth, friendly, and efficient, making everything easy from start to finish. Pablo and Marianela, who help maintain the property, were also very helpful throughout our stay. Besides taking care of the pool, they were quick to assist us with a few practical things like turning on the washing machine. Overall, great villa for a stay in Mallorca.

Det bedste var roen, så meget privat, ingen nabostøj eller vejstøj, en hund gøede engang imellem😊 Gode store rum som køkkenet og stuen. Vi var ti pers. Og der var altid go plads til alle.

De første par dage vi var der, var det ikke forsvarligt at bade i poolen. Poolen manglede klor og pH samt støvsugning. Pablo kom og tog prøver, så først på 3 dagen, kunne vi bade. Underligt at det ikke er en første prioritet, nu når stedet og huset er så lækkert. En klipning af buske og hække, ville pynte stedet op.
