About this villa rental
This stunning villa, which sleeps up to 8 people, is located between Can Picafort and Muro, on a slight hill surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Several terraces and a heated pool invite you to relax. The house itself offers spacious rooms and numerous secluded areas for privacy. The furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. Every room features air conditioning and satellite TV.
The main house accommodates 6 people; two additional guests can stay in a separate apartment, equipped with a double bedroom, a living/dining area with a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
To the west of the small town of Can Picafort lies the La Albufera Nature Reserve, while on the other side, Playa de Muro—with its gently sloping, child-friendly sandy beach—is only about 2 km away. At the far end of the bay, Cap de Formentor awaits you—a spectacular landscape with breathtaking viewpoints.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang des Verwalters haben wir eine für uns ideale Finca vorgefunden. Sehr ruhige Lage und eine ausgezeichnet gepflegte Parkanlage.
In der Finca war alles nötige vorhanden.
Da wir Sonntags angereist sind war der Kuhschrank sogar mit den nötigsten Dingen bestückt.
Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Todo impresionante, el trato, las comodidades en la llegada y facilidades, la piscina.
El único pero es que en el anuncio en vrbo no figuraba que el aire acondicionado se debía abonar aparte.

Wunderschöne und riesige Parkanalge. Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön und landestypisch, leider ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einige Sanierungen. Die Duschen waren alle verstopft und der Pool wird leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig, soll aber wohl nach Anmeekung gründlich nachgeholt werden.
Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr veraltet und bedarf Überholung, es war aber alles da, was man braucht.
Insgesamt eine schöne Finca.
