About this house rental
This traditional Mallorcan house is located in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. The house has a large swimming pool and a barbecue area. It also has Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning.
The house is in a unique location, isolated from neighbours and with views of the mountains and the Pla de Mallorca with the sea in the background. Quick access to the main highway, 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença.
The space
Surrounded by nature, peacefull and no neighbors, the house is located in a terrain of 15.000 m2 planted with olive trees. The terrain of the house and the garden is 5000m2. The house itself is 360m2 and the swimming pool and BBQ area 140m2.
The house is close to Campanet and Sa Pobla hence within a 2 minute drive to well furnished super markets. Inca, which is the biggest village in the area is 6 km away through the auto route.
Sa Costa d'Ullaro is conveniently placed at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. However, it has easy access to the sea (Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença is within 10 minutes drive for instance), to Palma (within 30 minutes drive) and to any part of the island for that matter as the house has direct access to an exit of the main auto route in Mallorca.
Guest access
The house has a stunning swimming pool of 14,5x8m with a barbecue area with no neighbors around.
The finca has two floors. At the main floor there is a hall, a kitchen with eating area, a bedroom with bathroom, a dinning room and a living room.
On the second floor, there are four double bedrooms—two of them with dressing rooms—three bathrooms (two en suite) and two more terraces with stunning views. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to another that can be used for children or babies.
There is many parking places outside and a parking garage for 2 cars.
Guests are allowed to use every described part of the house.
The basement will remain closed and not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
The house is ideal for holidays with friends or family. Secluded, with no noise or disturbance from neighbours, in the middle of the mountains but very close to the highway for travelling anywhere on the island.
