Located near the town square, just in front of the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountain range; The house has beautiful views of the plains of most of the island. Can Rafael is the ideal starting point for excursions by car or long walks to discover the surroundings of Selva and the Sierra mountains. Can Rafael is a typical Mallorcan village house with a living area of approx. 250 square meters with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, a study and a large well-equipped kitchen. Please, note that the garage at the house is no longer available. There is central heating for the colder months and air conditioning on the first floor. It is decorated in a typical Mallorcan style.

1 bedroom with two single beds with en suite bathroom
1 bedroom with double bed.

Upstairs: 3 bathrooms:
- 1 with bath / shower, toilet, bidet.
- 1 bathroom, WC, shower.

Gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer.
Laundry room with washing machine and space to dry inside. Iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor living room with 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV.
With local television and satellite TV.

Bed linen is supplied weekly for stays longer than 7 days. The house is cleaned before arrival. If you need a cleaning during your stay it can be obtained for an additional cost.

There is a large terrace, with beautiful views, around the pool. The pool is 4.5 x 8m. and 1.80 x 2.10m deep. There is a porch and the necessary furniture to dine outside. There are also sun loungers, outdoor lights and pool lights.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca mitten im Ort Selva sehr genossen. Besonders schön ist die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Da während unseres Urlaubs im Dezember fast immer Sonne schien, konnten wir sogar draußen frühstücken. Abends, wenn es kühler wurde, haben wir die Heizung in einigen Räumen in der Finca genutzt, die immer sehr gut funktionierte. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Wir kommen wir gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay in Selva, and Rafael made sure that we had everything we needed, replacing a broken lamp very quickly for our room and checking that everything was ok. The house was ideal for the 8 of us and is in a great spot in the town, a quick walk to the bakery and local bars and not far to a supermarket.
It would be worth mentioning in the details that there is a short flight of stairs to the bedroom that is described as being on the ground floor - if we had been able to take my mother with us as planned, she would have struggled with those stairs.
Overall the house is lovely and the outside area is gorgeous with great views. Happy to recommend

Tolle Fotos eines altes Hauses, das einen gründlichen Fresh Up dringend braucht!
Alle Geräte in der Küche sind entweder extrem gebaucht oder alt, meistens beides. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Töpfe und Pfannen sind eigentlich nicht mehr zu benutzen.Nnicht nach zu vollziehen, warum die nicht schon mal lange vorher nicht erneuert werden. Alle Matratzen sind uralt und verhindern einen guten Schlaf, auch die sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Neben der Villa ist direkt ein Restaurant, muss man auch mögen. Die Villa liegt oben am Berg, vorne an der Strasse ist morgens immer was los, was Lärm bedeutet und das ab morgens um 6 Uhr. Insgesamt ist die Lage toll, wir würden Rafael aber dringend raten, was wieder ein wenig Geld in sein Objekt zu investieren. Ansonsten wird es zukünftig Kritik hageln.....
