About this apartment rental
A few steps from the beach, comfortable apartment on the first floor ( with lift ) has two double bedrooms, living area with full kitchen and living room with beautiful south facing terrace from which you can see the sea at only 50 meters, a good Wi-Fi is working in the flat. Two silent splits for air conditioning are in the flat one in the main bedroom and the other in the living area. A baby camp bed (60x120) and a high chair are available for babies (please ask for them before arrival) The apartment has a wall safe in the bedroom, two bathrooms the bigger one has shower and washing machine the other a service with sink and toilet adjacent to the second double bedroom.
In the southwards terrace there is a drying rack where everything can dry easily.
The heating is included in the fee in winter .
A regular use of the air conditioning is included
An intensive use of air conditioning , over 100 kw consume per week is to be paid at the cost of 0,50 euro per kw.
Visitor's tax , 1 euro per person per day, is to be paid cash.
The beddings and bath/kitchen towel are provided for 40 euro to be paid cash on arrival.
A GARAGE is available in the underground of the building with an automatic blind.
The area is quiet but close to the center with many bars, restaurants and shops selling local products from olive oil extra virgin to the tasteful pizza and focaccia local tradition.
during all seasons you can enjoy long walks by the sea since the Alassio promenade connects with the next village of Laigueglia with a walk of three kilometers with benches to relax and bars to enjoy a cappuccino or " aperitivo" facing the sea.
The location is a great starting point for many hikes in a short time you can get to Sanremo the city of flowers, the caves of Toirano with more than 300 natural cavities a show for adults and children, Montecarlo needs no presentation with her beautiful oceanographic museum, or the nearby French Riviera.
Tired of the sea? Just above Alassio, in the locality of St. Bernard's 'the Solleone' an adventure park, with sweeping views of the bay, full of acrobatic different and suitable for all ages.
If you look for a day of fun in just a short drive, Ceriale, there is the water park Le Caravelle is open every day where adults and children can enjoy the wave pool, the slide, multi-slides, rapid rivers, the boat twice and more.
if you want to experience the thrill of the game the Sanremo Casino is just 30 minutes by car and that of Monte Carlo in the principality of Monaco is about an hour.

We had the best host in the world, I never felt so welcome prior and during a stay. The apartment is excellent, spacious and has all the comfort you need (incl washing machine). The location, so close to the beach and with the city center also on within a walking distance, is also great. Even though the entry of the parking is small for a Audi Q4, we where able to use it (albeit barely), so that what a stroke of luck. I do have to mention that the surruonding was a bit noisy during the night and morning, so if you are sensitive to this, you might need to consider bringing earplugs.

Apartment is located 50 m from the beach promenade. Garage entrance is only for small cars. Public parking along the street is always occupied but 300 m away you can find one (direction to Langueiglia). Apartment itself was very comfortable and clean.

My wife, daughters (16 and 10 years old) and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Valeria, the owner, and the people who handed over the keys are very friendly and uncomplicated and helpful too. The apartment is cosy and clean, offers plenty of room for a family of 4, a small balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a good espresso, and offers everything one needs. It is also very close, maybe 3 minutes by foot, from the beach and the lovely boardwalk. Alassio itself is a nice, small village with very nice pedestrian zone offering nice shops in the old part of town as well cafés, bars and restaurants. We stayed over Easter and during the week the town felt fairly empty. Only on the weekend it became busier, but not too much, and then with mostly Italian tourists or locals. We can only say: Bella Italia! And thanks to Valeria, who really seemed like she cared that we had a good experience and where happy in her apartment. We'll be back!

This spacious apartment was perfect for our stay in Alassio in March. Short walk to seaside and old town Alassio, or to beautiful Laigueglia. Nice and spacious balcony. Recently refurbished, so everything was in perfect condition and well equipped. For a family with two small kids, this was a perfect retreat.
Also, the owner and friends were very warm and welcoming, even turned up at the trainstation to help with transport, and provided us with baby cot. Absolutely recommended.
