About this house rental
Complete and total renovation finished June 2019. Three full bedrooms and 3 1/2 full bathrooms just steps from the ocean. Walk out the door, go right and walk a half a block to the ocean. No busy streets to cross. Hardly gets any better.
The house:
1st floor: Queen BR & full bath and Rear Deck off Bedroom
2nd floor: Kitchen (Refrig.,Stove, D/W, Micro) Slider to Deck where you can go hang out or go get some crabs and enjoy them out there too. New wood floors throughout.
3rd floor: Master bedroom with its own full bathroom and the second bedroom with a full hall bath. Master Bedroom has deck with views of the ocean.
Beautiful, large pool(secure)
Outside shower when returning from beach.

The location was the biggest selling point for me and my family. The ease of just loading up a wagon, and taking a less than a minute stroll to the beach access point made life so much easier. Bonus was that at the entry way to the beach there were occasional pop food trucks!The property itself was lovely! Plenty of space for my family, I loved the mornings on the deck sipping my coffee, and evenings just relaxing.Can’t wait to come back again!

Our family had a wonderful time!! We stayed 2nd week of July 2025. Place was perfect for us. Loved the Bikes!! Chairs a huge plus, appreciated the owner making a special trip to unlock storage door that I locked on accident!! Can walk to so many places. Definitely will be staying again! Thanks from the Kitchen/Nally family.
