About this house rental


Welcome to your oceanfront getaway in the heart of Bethany Beach! This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath duplex (B Unit – North Side) offers stunning panoramic views from multiple furnished decks across four levels. Located just south of Maryland Street, this spacious home features private suites on the 2nd and 4th floors, along with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the 3rd floor, perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends.

The sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, with a king and queen suite on the 4th floor, a king suite and twin bedroom on the 2nd floor, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are four full bathrooms and one half bath to provide privacy and convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, toaster, standard drip coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Entertainment includes five smart TVs with streaming capabilities and high-speed WiFi throughout the home.

Outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and private beach access. Parking is available with a small garage and tandem space for up to four vehicles. Please note, pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited due to owner allergies.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 9 AM for this unit. Linens and towels can be added for an additional fee of $235. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in this home every year and could have found a better one! Location is perfect, ocean side, easy ride north or south on Rt1, or, if you don't want to leave, you don't even need to put on shoes! Short walk to the beach, short walk for ice cream, popcorn or mini golf! Well maintained, clean, We cannot say enough positive things! Hope to enjoy this home for many more years to come! Perfect for generational families! Kids on one level, grandparents on another!

Was great having a full kitchen to cook in. The beachfront views were an extra bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is centrally located to putt putt, ice cream, pop corn and many nice restaurants. The beach front is beautiful and not too crowded. Overall, the house is in good shape but some things are starting to show a bit of age like the stair carpets, the sofas and the small refrigerator. Outside space is wonderful. Parking can fit four cars which is nice for a four bedroom. It was very clean and had some great extras like soap and tp. TV were a disappointment- not high def which was a challenge when watching olympics. (Bedroom TVs were tiny and had no directions to be able to make them work. WiFi was spotty. Rainy days were a challenge) We will be back as the space was great and the balconies were amazing.
