About this house rental

Enjoy oceanfront living at its finest in this beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath duplex (A Unit – South Side) located just south of Maryland Street in Bethany Beach. Spanning four levels, this spacious home offers unobstructed beach views and three private decks on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The open-concept main living area on the 3rd floor includes the kitchen, dining, and living spaces—ideal for gathering with family and friends.

Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with a king and queen suite on the 1st floor, a king and two twins suite on the 3rd floor, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a private queen suite on the ground floor. The home features five full bathrooms plus one half bath for convenience.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, blender, toaster, standard drip coffee maker, and Keurig, along with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Entertainment options include five smart TVs with streaming access and high-speed WiFi throughout.

Outdoor features include an enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill, and direct access to a quiet stretch of beach. Parking includes a small garage plus tandem space for up to four vehicles. Please note, this unit is strictly no pets due to owner allergies and no smoking is allowed.

Booking requires Saturday-to-Saturday rentals, with check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 9 AM. Linens and towels are available for an additional fee of $275. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

This property met all of our needs. Each room had its own private bath. There were 6 of us and we were never crowded. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of plates etc. Everything we in perfect working order. We hope to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting the same house on Bunting Avenue for about 30 years. We love coming in the fall when its not so crowed. The house has 4 bedrooms and and 5 bathrooms so its great for a crowd of friends or lots of family. Its always a good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice and clean and had a good layout. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent, only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from many restaurants, Bethany, and Ocean City. We would stay here again. Property management company was very responsive to inquiries before and during the trip. The only thing I would change is I wish they had keyless entry via keypad. We had to pick up and drop off the keys at the property management office which added an unnecessary 30 mins to each leg of our trip.
