About this house rental
This large oceanside home (Sleeps 10-12 comfortably) is conveniently located in the North end of the town of Fenwick Island right off James Street. Fenwick Island is known for their beautiful wide and clean beaches that are never overcrowded. This large home (3500 sq. ft plus) is great for families with playrooms stocked with games and toys, several living room areas and decks to take in the afternoon sun and sunsets across the bay. The back yard has a swingset and is fenced in for your young children to play. Exit the back gate and simply walk 200 feet down an easement to James Street and then you are approximately 500 feet from the direct dune access to the beach.

Fabulous!! House is updated, beautiful new swing set out back, cozy living rooms. Everyone slept comfortably, steps to the beach. Easy check-in, hope to stay here again. Thank you :)

As advertised. Good set up for families. Good location to palaces to eat locally at the beach is fabulous. Very close to the beach. 5 min walk. Only down side is that you have to walk to the beach along the major road way in front of the house. No sidewalk. Short walk past two homes to side street.

The house is not as well-kept as one would think by looking at the photo. Was disappointed that my guests and I had to spend our first two hours of vacation cleaning the house, which appeared not to have been cleaned at all after the previous guests departed. Additionally, we replaced a shower curtain in one of the 2nd floor bathrooms because it was moldy. Mold was evident around several of the air vents in the house as well. On the plus side, when the first floor of the home flooded due to excessive rains, the owner responded promptly.
