The biggest plus is that the location is superb with a beautiful uncrowded beach right across the street! There is ample parking for several cars. The immediate area is quiet but there are shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The house itself is very comfortable with lots of deck space. It’s not new construction but it is clean and laid out well. The only reason I hesitated to give 5 stars is that the upstairs bedrooms are very bright very early in the morning despite the blinds. Our little ones were up at the crack of dawn! Some blackout curtains would help to keep the light out and the upstairs cool. I would definitely return to this property for another beach vacation.
