Fenwick Landing (5 minute drive to the beach)
Beautifully renovated waterfront property in Fenwick Landing, located in Selbyville, Delaware ( Fenwick Island ). The perfect blend of calm and relaxation with still lots to do and see. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Assawoman Bay from your living room or your bedroom as you watch the boats roll in. This townhome sleeps 6 comfortably, and each bedroom has its own private deck with 2 out of the 3 bedrooms looking onto the bay. Spend the day at the beach(10 min bike ride or 5 min drive) or at the pool. In addition to the pool, kids will enjoy crabbing and/or fishing from the dock. We are also located just steps from two of Fenwick's most popular restaurants, Catch 54 if you are looking for delicious seafood and Papa Grandes, where they make a really great margarita. Both restaurants have outdoor seating with spectacular views of the bay. Enjoy this multi level home featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, a completely stocked kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stool seating and every utensil or appliance you can imagine, wifi, central a/c, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, and linens. All you need to bring is a toothbrush!

Clean place. Comfortable. Great location. Back porch was the highlight. Over the bay. Peace and solitude. Very loverly hosts. Easy communication.

The beach house was terrific! Extremely clean, beautiful views from the backyard and deck. We loved being conveniently located right next to two great restaurants. Everything about the owner's communication was superb. We would definitely stay here again.
