Located in a small apartment building in a quiet, highly sought-after neighborhood, this bright and well-designed accommodations are the perfect place for your stay in Vannes with family, friends, or coworkers!
Cozy and fully equipped, it has just been completely renovated with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
It’s located just a stone’s throw from the harbor, the historic center, and all the shops.
The apartment:
A bright two-bedroom apartment (T3) measuring 52 m², fully renovated in 2020.
Located right in the city center, in a neighborhood popular with Vannes residents, in a secure building away from the noise of the very heart of the city.
Features appreciated by travelers:
- Central location that allows you to visit attractions and shops on foot.
- Quiet building, not facing the street.
- Apartment with character (solid hardwood floors, exposed stone, bright).
- Fully equipped, including sheets, towels, shower gel, and shampoo.
- Free, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber).
- Double-glazed windows throughout.
- Accessible, located on a raised first floor.
- Smart lock accessible via smartphone or code.
- Private parking space.
Other features to note:
- One bedroom with a 160 queen-size bed and a high-quality mattress.
- Another bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a 160 double bed if needed).
- A cozy living room with two comfortable sofas.
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook.
- Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, and washer-dryer.
The small bathroom features a large rain shower. The toilet is separate.
We provide bed linens, bath towels, shower gel, and shampoo.
For coffee and tea lovers, a selection of coffees and teas is provided. The kitchenette is fully equipped for cooking at your leisure: standard oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, bowls, frying pans, pots, utensils…
After a long day, relax by watching your favorite shows on our beautiful 55-inch 4K OLED TV (with Netflix) or by playing some of the board games provided.
Bringing a baby? No problem—we can provide (upon request) a travel crib and a high chair.

This lovely apartment was perfect for my friend and me. It was secure and well-furnished. The host was marvelous, very upfront about an issue he was having with the hot water heater and explaining how to restart it if it went out. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Chez Alphonse for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Vannes. It couldn't have been a better place to stay. It was perfectly located, within walking distance of Vannes centre and our family. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with crisp white bedlinen and a large double bed, twin bedded room. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, David, for hosting us. We will definitely be back.
