The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you a very bright and spacious contemporary-style flat. Ideally located 5 minutes' walk from Vannes SNCF station and close to the town centre, with a surface area of 84 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. Quietly located on the 8ᵉ floor with lift, the residence has a wooded park.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30m² living room with sofa, TV, Wifi,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, dishwasher, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 : Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate WC
Outside: Balcony with uninterrupted view over the rooftops of Vannes
