About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this superb, light-filled, contemporary-style flat for rent, located near Vannes town centre. It measures 88 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, in a quiet neighbourhood, it comprises a pleasant, light-filled living area with a fully fitted kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large furnished terrace offering unobstructed views over the rooftops of Vannes.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your beds will be made up on arrival.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A bright living room with a sofa, TV and Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher…
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200)
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds (twin beds)
- A double sofa bed (140 x 200) available on request
- Two bathrooms with showers, double washbasins and hairdryers
- A separate toilet
Outside:
You can enjoy a lovely terrace furnished with garden furniture, ideal for making the most of sunny days whilst admiring the unobstructed view over the rooftops of Vannes.

If you choose to travel by car, you’ll have access to a private, secure parking space in the building’s underground car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
Optional self-check-in: Access to the accommodation is available from 4.00 pm. The keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately 50 metres from the accommodation.
PLEASE NOTE: This laundrette closes at 9.00 pm but remains accessible 24 hours a day for our guests.

L'Audacieux We enjoyed our week stay in Vannes at the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, great terrace and the secure carpark was added bonus. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the Old Town. We would highly recommend the apartment.

L'Audacieux "This is a fantastic apartment. Clean, quiet and perfectly located.
There's a well equipped local Carrefour round the corner, plus a great Cave for wines and some good local restaurants.
Vannes itself is a joy - relaxed, friendly and easy to get around.
We will return."
