This lovely apartment was perfect for my friend and me. It was secure and well-furnished. The host was marvelous, very upfront about an issue he was having with the hot water heater and explaining how to restart it if it went out. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Chez Alphonse for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Vannes. It couldn't have been a better place to stay. It was perfectly located, within walking distance of Vannes centre and our family. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with crisp white bedlinen and a large double bed, twin bedded room. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, David, for hosting us. We will definitely be back.

Un logement parfait ! Tout neuf, très propre, avec tout le confort possible (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, congélateur, console, wifi, sèche-cheveux, trousse de secours...), et même des petits gadgets hyper pratiques comme le multi-câble de recharge branché sur la table de nuit ;)
Le linge de lit et le linge de toilette sont fournis et tous les petits produits utiles (savon, shampoing, liquide vaisselle...) sont à disposition, si on aime voyager léger :)
L'appartement est situé à proximité du centre-ville (facile à pied même avec un enfant de 2 ans) et au calme malgré tout. L'appartement est tout mignon, avec une déco très soignée et très cosy. Bref, un endroit où on se sent bien !
En plus, David est toujours joignable et aux petits soins.
Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés !
