About this apartment rental
We are offering this magnificent, unique flat for rent in Vannes, which has been tastefully decorated by an interior designer. It measures 170 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Ideally situated on the harbour in Vannes, this duplex is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a very cosy lounge area, three beautiful double bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath). You can enjoy a garden of approximately 450 m² and a magnificent terrace furnished with garden furniture, right in the centre of Vannes. The flat boasts luxury amenities and high-quality fittings; it has Wi-Fi (fibre optic), cleaning is included in the rent, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a sofa and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed
- Two bathrooms with shower, bath and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A terrace and a garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat in the Q-Park underground car park or on the street (paid parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 10 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 20 minutes away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The gardener visits twice a month. We do not know when he will be there. He may be working during your stay.
Optional self-check-in: Access to the accommodation is available from 5.00 pm. The keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately 600 metres from the property. PLEASE NOTE: This laundrette closes at 9.00 pm but remains accessible 24 hours a day for our guests.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
