Great place, fantastic location!
What is not to like? This place has got everything you need for long or short stay. If anything is missing the owner is happy to help you out in no time! Location is great. Just a few minutes away from old town and shops. The house has got a cozy feeling due to the stone walls. Would love to come back one day.

Logement très bien situé pour visiter Vannes à pied. Rénové avec goût, l'ambiance est cosy ,le logement est bien équipé.
Comme démontré dans les photos,les escaliers sont raides,à prendre en compte mais on s'y fait vite.

Séjour parfait !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, très bien rénovée avec des matériaux de qualité, décorée avec soin, très propre et très bien équipée. Les literies sont parfaites. La situation est très calme et proche de tout. L'hôte est sympathique et très réactif, bref, le top !

L’entrée dans la maison avec digicode permettant à chacun de nous d’entrer à des moments différents, l’emplacement dans le centre de Vannes, la propreté , le bon goût de de l’aménagement de la maison, tout le nécessaire, la communication avec le propriétaire et sa gentillesse pour nous permettre de reculer l’heure du départ.

Fijn ingericht klein huisje in het centrum van Vannes
Een heel mooi opgeknapt huisje op loopafstand van het centrum van Vannes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Beneden zijn de keuken en badkamer. Op de eerste verdieping de zitkamer en één slaapkamer. Helemaal boven zijn dan nog twee kamers met een tweepersoonsbed. Een super vriendelijke host.
Het enige minpuntje is dat de trapjes naar boven heel smal zijn. Wij zijn vrij groot. We kregen onze grote koffers ook niet naar boven. Ze lagen dus beneden in de keuken. Parkeren voor de deur is gratis, maar daar is geen plek. Op het parkeerterrein is het betaald parkeren, maar mag je maar maximaal 4 uur parkeren. Dit hadden wij niet meteen in de gaten. Toen in de parkeergarage om de hoek geparkeerd.

La situation est top! La déco très sympa, le proxy et le café à côté très pratiques! David est très réactif, on reviendra avec grand plaisir!
Tout petit bemol est qu'il n'y a qu'un seul toilette
