About this house rental
Light, modernity and comfort, space and calm: On the ground floor with modern decor, all mod cons, 3-4 star hotel quality bedding, tree-lined garden, free parking. Shops 2 min walk (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets), 10 minutes by car beach Conleau, historic center of Vannes, train station. 3 large bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding, a living room with leather sofas and armchairs, American kitchen, garden.
The living room with 2 large TVs and very high speed fiber optic, DVD player, books, games, offers you a relaxing break. 3 SDD including one for disabled access. Cot and high chair available on request. Garden furniture for a lunch in the flower garden, large veranda open to the garden. Wild birds and rabbits take shelter in the shade of maple and flowering trees.
Housing
On the ground floor, a living room with leather sofas open onto an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms on the same level with double beds: 1 bed 180/200, a bed 160/200, a bed of 140/190 cm, 3 shower rooms, WC.
Several parking spaces inside the property.
Access for travelers: by a private concierge service.
Towels and sheets are not provided, possibility of complete kit rental to be specified when booking with direct payment on site with the CONCIERGE.
Conditions and Regulations
Please leave the premises in a clean state as you found them. The concierge service that will welcome you can potentially charge additional cleaning fees if necessary. Please keep an eye on your young children. Parties are strictly prohibited and no noise is allowed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., thank you.
Bed linen on request, paid option to be booked at the first contact with the host and paid on site at the Concierge.
Pets are in principle accepted and welcome (one pet per reservation), but we kindly ask you to contact us as such to confirm the reception since we have leather furniture.
NOTE: HOMIRIS alarm in place with motion detectors and images in the living room and hallway (not functional if the alarm is not started).

Great house with everything you need in a really good spot for visiting Morbihan. Plenty of space here and I thought everything in the house was such good quality with huge attention to detail.
