About this house rental
Located in Saint-Nolff, this family home offers a peaceful setting, slightly set back in the countryside 🌿, while benefiting from quick access to main roads 🚗. Its location is ideal for exploring both the Gulf of Morbihan 🌊 and inland Brittany.
Outside, you will enjoy a landscaped and flower-filled garden bordered by hedges, creating a pleasant and private atmosphere. A large terrace allows you to share convivial meals 🍽️, while a second garden lounge area at the back invites you to relax.
The entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living area featuring a comfortable lounge with a large sofa 🛋️ and a dining area with a table seating up to 10 guests.
On the ground floor, you will also find a modern and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for everyday cooking: hob, oven, refrigerator, two coffee machines (filter and capsule), and all the necessary equipment. At the back, the garage provides outdoor equipment and a second refrigerator.
Still on the ground floor, a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed includes its own private shower room 🚿. A separate WC completes this level.
Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms 🛏️: one with two single beds, a baby cot and two additional pull-out beds; the other two each with a 140 cm double bed. A second shower room is accessible from one of the bedrooms.
This recent and tastefully decorated home is the owners’ main residence and has been designed for comfortable family stays 🏡.
During the warmer months ☀️, a mobile electric grill barbecue and a mobile plancha are available for outdoor meals.
