Great house on Anna Maria island very close to beach and pine avenue shops and restaurants. House is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very enjoyable stay.

The house was beautiful. Close to ice cream, coffee, some restaurants. We rented a golf cart and had easy trip to the Palm St beach access. If you like to walk, it’s easy to get to Bean Point. We drove the golf cart there but parking was a challenge. The AC wasn’t working on the second floor - after 2 nights we figured out it was the breaker switch. Master is on the first floor, the other 3 rooms are upstairs. Lots of space, the pool is nice. There were a few beach toys and several beach chairs at the property as well as beach towels. We enjoyed the house very much!

We had a fantastic stay with 3 generations at Magnolia Cottage! House was equipped with everything we needed. The pool and landscaping were lovely! Ideal location, would love to return!

House is amazing. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The check-in process was smooth and the management company was very responsive. Highly recommend!
