My mistress is a completely renovated and charming ground floor home in the heart of Anna Maria. With its amazing location on Magnolia Ave, this home is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants on Pine Avenue, the white sand Gulf beaches and more!
Step through the double entry doors and you will be welcomed by the warm and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Cook up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the patio. Dine indoors or out at the patio table for 6 with umbrella - the choice is yours. The living room is open to the beautiful dining room with table for 6-8 and French doors that open out to the amazing backyard!
Venture out onto the amazing back patio where your dream vacation truly begins. The amazing pool and hot tub will make you feel as if you are in a private blue grotto. There is a gazebo, an expansive patio with chaise loungers and a dock overlooking the canal. Relax on the dock as the sun sets or try your hand at some fishing. My Mistress has a little something for everyone and is sure to please!
*Please note the boat lift and any on-site watercraft is not for guest use. Additional boats may not be docked.*
PET POLICY:
We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.
3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.
Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:
Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

The house had just what we needed and was tastefully decorated and clean. The location was PERFECT, a short walk to the beach, one block from the bay, close to all the shops and cafes on Pine, walking distance to our favorite restaurants!!
The back yard was AMAZING! The canal access was beautiful and great for kayaking, fishing, and manatee watching! And the pool and tropical landscaping was GORGEOUS, especially at night with the beautiful lighting!! Our family LOVED this property!

The home was great, but what really made our stay special was the beautiful pool/spa and channel access that allowed our friends to pick us up in their boat!

The home and grounds are absolutely beautiful, however things were not as they should be for the price of a weekly stay.
Oven does not turn on, whole top panel of stove is broken, TV in the smaller bedroom set up for kids does not work, there is no TV at all in the second king bedroom, the spa was not working and you can not swim at night, the pump does not work due to the noise ordinance and to be honest, the pump noise is not nearly as loud as the air conditioning unit outside. This needs to be mentioned in the description that you can not use the spa at night or after 9pm. Stayed in Anna Maria several times and honesty we've stayed at less expensive places that were more equipped.
