Escape to a beautiful 4-bedroom house in Anna Maria for a wonderful getaway. Relax in a backyard paradise with modern heated/cooling pool, large jacuzzi, putting green, outdoor kitchen, and spacious sun deck on a canal with 160 feet of water frontage and docking space for boats.
The pool has a cooling system to allow guests to set the temperature at 86 degrees or whatever is comfortable.
There is a $10,000 professional cool-mister system covering the outdoor kitchen , outdoor table sitting for six, and lounge chairs under cover. Without a cooling system for the pool , the pool temperature would be 92 degrees plus. The cooling mister system brings the feels-like temperature down 15 degrees +.
The garage has been converted to a play room with a ping-pong table , TV, and a air conditioner to cool the room There is also 4 kayaks/paddleboards available for guest. The property feels abit private since the lot directly across is empty and full of mangroves. The view to the east is of Bimini Bay.
With a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and murphy bed, this home offers tremendous comfort for guests. There are 3 modern full bathrooms.Enjoy the convenience of upstairs amenities like AC, washer/dryer, WiFi, Roku, and Sonos.
No ADDED FEES: Compare to other managed properties, typically to have $200 processing Fee, $450 Cleaning Fee, $200 Linen Fee, & $100 Pet Fee; can be additional $1,000 or $250 per night for a 4 night reservation.

We had such a great time at the house. The view was beautiful! With the pool and golf in the backyard, there was plenty to do after the beach. The house has everything you need for the beach and cooking in the kitchen. The owner was super responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely amazing and had the perfect amount of space for our family of eight. It was so convenient having a high chair, pack-and-play, and baby saucer already there for the baby. The kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit with everyone, and being able to fish right from the pier was incredible!When the kids needed a break from the beach, the house had plenty to keep them entertained without even leaving. It came stocked with beach towels, beach accessories, and all the cooking supplies you could need—such a bonus! All you really have to pack is yourself and your clothes. We had such a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Will definitely come back here!!

We had an awesome time at the house. We loved the pool and deck off the dining room. Was located in quiet neighborhood and was really peaceful and a great place to hangout after a day on the beach.The owner was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
