We had an amazing time! The property location is perfect! Super close to everything. AMI Locals provided great referrals for grocery shoppers who delivered our groceries before we arrived, private chef who we hired for a dinner, golf carts that were delivered to the house, and pop up tent rentals for the beach. It was nice to relax and not have to worry about these things. They did provide us with a list of things not included so we could add to our grocery list. Only thing not listed was coffee filters just FYI. Only suggestion I have is for a larger group we could have used more coffee cups and more steak knives. All in all, it was amazing! The pool was perfect, plenty of towels for the pool, chairs, etc. We will definitely rent again!

Great location two half blocks off of Pine Avenue. Layout of the house is perfect for a Florida pool home. The deck below the second level provides a great shaded area overlooking the pool and hot tub. Indoors the bedrooms are all very private, the bathrooms are large and the kitchen is huge. Highly recommend to any family or group that needs four large bedrooms and a relaxing entertainment area around the pool.

The Blue Marlin was a nice home, and the outdoor space was wonderful. There were eight adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. These are the issues we encountered while staying in the house, poor water pressure, fridge icemaker not working, dishwasher needs to be replaced or fixed and kitchen stove issues. AMI brought us ice to resolve the ice problem and were very helpful when we called. The items had to have manufacturer service, so nothing was fixed while we were there. It's not much fun having to wash dishes on vacation. I would ask if these items have been repaired or replaced before booking.
