Awesome house with more than enough room for 6! Close to restaurants, beach, and ice cream at two scoops and Dips! The house has kitchen stocked with essentials for cooking but bring your own spices if you want more than salt and pepper. The heated pool is amazing! Highly recommend this house!

When we initially booked Magnolia Cottage there weren’t any reviews so we booked based solely on the description and photos. Let me be the first to say this house is absolute perfection! It’s larger and more spacious (in person) than we expected from the photos. Plenty of room in the driveway - large living room with plenty of seating - expansive kitchen with a large dining room (seating for 8-10). The BEST parts about this house are the covered front and back porches - many houses in the area have one or the other. Bonus: TV on back porch overlooking the pool area. The main level bedroom is enormous with a walk-in closet, dual vanity, and walk-in shower. Additional half bath off the living room. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with a bonus room that could easily serve as another bedroom - as well as a full bathroom. The location was perfect! Only a couple blocks from shops, restaurants, and beaches. We walked everywhere but next time will probably rent bikes - maybe even a golf cart, as that seemed to be a primary mode of transportation for many others. All in all this house is absolutely fantastic and we’ll certainly book it again!As for the Sato Rental Company who manages this property, they are so easy to work with - very responsive as well! We had to move around our rental days due to inclement weather - they were quick to respond and accommodate our request. They were also quick to respond & act when we needed something for the house.10/10 recommend!
