AMI Bay Breeze: Heated pool, outdoor bar, beautifully updated

An absolutely amazing stay in AMI at this property! We spent so much time in the outdoor space and truly loved everything about the home — well equipped, clean, and an overall great stay.

We would highly recommend a stay at this property! The house and the outdoor space and pool are beautiful. It is so conveniently located that everything can be easily accessed via walking, biking (provided by the property) or the free trolley. We did have a few issues that were quickly taken care of by the rental company. Our only 2 complaints are that the hot water tank does not support several showers in a row (we had 5 girls staying for the trip) and the AC can only be set to 72 at the lowest. Regardless, we would definitely stay again!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Bay Breeze. The property was very clean, check in process was easy, and management was very responsive to our questions. Highlight of our stay was the outdoor area-the bar and pool were perfect. Allowed us to spend our days entirely outside enjoying the space. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I packed up our 2 little kids (6 and 4), along with my in-laws and went on our 1st family vacation to Anna Maria. When you travel with little kids I think its a given that relaxing will be a rare thing to soak up. Well I was pleasantly surprised of our time at Bay Breeze. The entire house is SO clean and well equipped. Whatever you are looking for from blender, coffee maker (which btw are top quality) to the things you had no idea that you needed but couldn't imagine not having like beach toys, bikes, pool toys, wagon, smart TVs in every room including the pool bar - that's right, there is a well equipped pool bar! We were able to arrive, grab a few groceries and start vacation immediately. On days the beach was too windy for the kiddos, we opted to stay "home" and swim at our own pool. The kids were fish! We did pack life jackets and glad we did. The pool has a deep end, which is great but for the littles it was easier to relax knowing they had life jackets on. With having family in home rental cleaning business, I have a bit of a critical eye when walking into a rental as far as cleanliness. This house far exceeded my expectations on cleanliness and really overall. The kids felt at home and we enjoyed the games the owner left one cool night. We also enjoyed an evening bike ride to Bean Point and caught the sunset. The location of the house is convenient to beaches, restaurants, ice cream, small grocery, etc. You really good stay here without a car without any inconvenience. Sato agency was spectacular at responding with any questions and always was prompt. While on vacation we did have an emergency with one of our kids and I also have to note how amazing the EMTs are at Anna Maria. They were so quick and handled my littlest like they were pals, putting him at ease. I am so thankful for them! Overall, both this property and Anna Maria was better than expected. I only wish we had another week to check out more of the island and relax by that pool! Thank you to the owners and Sato for providing an amazing property!
