LOCATION
Sirenia Cove is located between 2 beaches right on the waterfront, directly beside our other luxury 4-bedroom property, Sirenia Beach House (ID #391693). The deep-water canal is at your back door to enjoy fishing on the large dock or consider boating to a deserted island. Our property hosts a large dock with direct access to Bimini Bay & the Gulf of Mexico.
THE EXTERIOR
Skip the beach altogether and rejuvenate in the private resort-style backyard with hot tub, heated pool, backyard beach, hammock, bar, plush outdoor furnishings on both the large pool terrace & enclosed lanai.
Watch the big game on our huge flat-screen TV while you float in the pool! Sink into the outdoor couch. Dine al fresco next to the pool at our table for 8 or sit at the bar with seating for 4. Sirenia Cove boasts outdoor island vacationing.
GRILLING
Sirenia Cove offers both a Weber gas B.B.Q. grill and a Weber Charcoal grill. Enjoy delicious dining al fresco.
BOATING
We love boating! The deepwater canal is at your backdoor to enjoy fishing on the dock or boating. Our property boasts direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Pass Galati marina on your way to gas up or grab a great restaurant meal. Need inspiration on places to boat? We've got you! We pride ourselves on helping guests enjoy the most on Anna Maria Island. Bring your boat or rent one!
Although fishing and boating are the best way to enjoy Sirenia Cove, we also have an easy kayak launch, getting you onto Bimini Bay for water sports and enjoyment of Florida wildlife. The dock is a favorite spot to gather for a cocktail, gaze at the canal and enjoy “island time”. Be on the lookout for dolphins and manatees!
GAMES
We have board games for family fun located in the library loft area. Ping pong table with paddles and balls. Corn hole bean bag game. Bocce ball. Ring toss. Your kids will be busy!
BABY GEAR
We've got you Mom and Dad! One portable wooden crib with bedding, one booster chair, one pack n play, one baby gate for stairs, toddler plastic dinnerware and utensils. We do not have sippy cups or bottles; please bring your own, as those are more personal.
THE INTERIOR
Inside you'll find Sirenia Cove resplendent with comfy beach house furniture in the living room to curl up in while you watch your flat-screen TV with Netflix or Samsung Plus local channel apps. Claim some alone time in the upstairs library loft area for some quiet time with a book or catching up on your e-mails.
KITCHEN
We love to cook! Double griddle, traditional coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, hand mixer, emulsifier, coffee bean grinder, citrus juicer, blender, slow cooker, 2 full-size refrigerators, patio serving bowls, trays, platters, patio dinnerware and drinking cups, lots of baking dishes, etc...
The large kitchen was newly installed late in 2025, with new stainless steel appliances. The upgraded cabinetry, appliances and premium cookware call to your “inner foodie” making cooking for a crowd a breeze. Lots of space for your groceries too.
BEDROOMS
We've changed the colour palette to a serene coastal look with a punch of fun colours in the bunk room. Check back this fall for our professional photos and video.
After a day of fun in the sunshine, spoil yourself in the bedrooms where you will find a flat-screen TV in every room, comfy coastal bedding, and linens that will cocoon you each evening.
The upstairs king bedroom is a truly private retreat, with a sitting area which overlooks the waterfront views. The bathroom has a deep tub and shower combo. The closet in this bedroom is huge and houses the portable crib, baby seat, baby gate and crib bedding.
The second primary bedroom on the main level is outfitted with a luxurious king-size bed and flat-screen TV and has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Great for two or more families.
The queen bedroom has a gorgeous view of the waterfront backyard with french doors to the lanai.
The kids bunk room can sleep 6 children on the two bunk beds (twin over double mattresses). This room has a fun and vibrant atmosphere for vacation!

THE BEACH
Other than our own backyard beach, take an easy one-block stroll to the Bay Beach and City Pier (1 block) or load up the beach wagon with our complimentary beach chairs, fluffy beach towels (72 in), umbrella, cooler and head to the Gulf Beach 3 1/2 blocks away. My kids have been walking this since they were 5 yrs old. It's an easy one. A golf cart is a fun way to get to the beach als, and we love zooming around the island in one.
THE EXTRA LUXURIES
We offer extra luxuries that most rentals don't, such as large fluffy beach towels (72 in), beach cart, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and more. We have dish liquid soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, garbage bags, hotel size hand soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner for our guests. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Two BBQ grills, gas or charcoal is a definite bonus, as is the outdoor TV.
FREE ACCESS TO FITNESS
We offer our guests free access to our Anna Maria Community Centre for all of your fitness needs. Workout room with free weights and fitness machines. Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Interior basketball or exterior soccer field are also available for use.
CONCIERGE
We're happy to recommend options or the local concierge company is also available to help make your stay especially carefree. Kitchen stocking is available (extra fee) so you don't have to go to the grocery store.
SPORTS RENTALS

The entire property seemed to suit our family's needs very nicely, inside and out. We enjoyed the several gathering spots, comfortable sleeping accommodations-- First time we were provided with box fans in each room. The kids appreciated the ice maker in the frig, the games and of course, we all loved the pool and hot tub. Having direct sight of the channel from the pool and house added peace of mind, as our kids took the opportunity for fishing every day. The property's location was within easy walking distance to shops and the beach. Communication with Nancy was always timely and professional, we’ve stayed at quite a few houses on the island and working with Nancy has been by far the best experience. We will be looking forward to returning in the coming years.

Nancy is a great host. She is very responsive to requests and stays in communication during your stay. The house i beautiful and she continues to find ways to improve it. She was even helpful when we were struggling with finding a ride to the airport. We would definitely rent from Nancy again.

Exactly as advertised if not better. Best kept, equipped and accommodating home we’ve rented on AMI yet. Excellent communication from owners who obviously take great professional pride in their properties. High points for cleanliness, pool, docking and location. We’ve been home three days and are looking to rebook already. Thank You Nancy!
