The main living level features 3 bedrooms, two with a king bed and the third with a twin bed and a triple twin bunkbed. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the third floor. Each bedroom includes a TV and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
A sparkling, heated pool with pool loungers, and an outdoor shower are highlights of the main pool level. The covered poolside lounge area includes a TV. Additional outdoor amenities include a gas grill and outdoor patio dining table for eight.
Guests will love the ping pong table and corn hole set and relaxing on the private dock on one of AMI's gorgeous canals. Paddleboards and Kayaks can be easily launched from the dock. .
Reel Deal is easy walking distance to the many shops and restaurants of Pine Ave. The free island trolley stops at the AMI City Pier and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation.

A Collage of Moments Life is made up of a collage of moments. Too often, we rush through the days and forget to pause, to savor, to enjoy. After all, life is not a bottomless cup of coffee—it’s precious, finite, and meant to be cherished.This week at this wonderful home added so many memories to our collage of life. Memories my children and grandchildren will carry with them through the decades. The staff was always there—ready to assist, to answer questions, and to make us feel cared for. Every need was thoughtfully addressed in the layout and furnishings of the home—we wanted for nothing.For over six years, we’ve been creating these collages together, each visit adding new colors and textures to the story of our lives. And this time, everyone agreed: this was the best place yet.

The house is very nice and spacious. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had! Could use an ice maker as the refrigerator ice maker did not provide much ice.The only issue we had was the pool was not heated when we got there. We called and it was fixed the next day, Apparently the breaker had been turned off. We would definitely rent this house again. The kids had fun fishing off the dock and golf cart was a hit! We all enjoyed our week there!Peggy Z.

House is nice with pool. Kitchen well equipped. Elevator is helpful for people who can't do all the stairs. Items to carefully note that I believe are not accurately described: the canal is dirty right by this house since the house is at the very end of the canal-usable for kayak or paddle board boarding but would not swim in it. The beach across the street is nice for sunrise viewing but it is not a beach for a day visit with chairs and water play. Strictly for looking at as it's in the back yards of houses with no true beach front. You will need to use your car or rent a golf cart to get to the closest beach especially with young children and lots of gear.
