TranquiliSea was renovated at the beginning of 2023! Updates include:
1. All new flooring throughout
2. All new furnishings
3. Updated landscaping
4. Remodeled bathrooms
5. New paint, trim, and doors throughout the property
6. New pool furniture and repainted pool deck
TranquiliSea is a beautiful duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. Each unit sleeps 6 guest and includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and family room. It represents the absolute best value on the island with a large private lot and extensive accommodation! The bedroom layouts offer complete flexibility for any combination of guests – extended families, parents, and teenagers, or groups of friends. It is the perfect blend of togetherness and individual privacy. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs plus two new 60' LED TVs in each of the family rooms. Of course, the home is equipped with cable and high-speed wireless internet.
Everyone comes to Anna Maria to enjoy our beautiful climate so the outdoor entertaining area is designed with a resort-styling. The upstairs unit has a private balcony and the downstairs has its own tranquil patio. Our guests enjoy a fully fenced saltwater pool and outdoor grilling area. There is a full outdoor dining set and lounging patio with modern pool furniture. The pool offers complete privacy with lush landscaping and no view from neighbors. The pool is shared between the two units. There is no need to bring beach accessories - the storage shed includes various beach toys and pool floats, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, children's life jackets plus two wagons to take all of the goodies you will need for a fun-filled day to the beach.
Tranquilisea is situated on a huge corner lot with mature trees and extensive landscaping. There is on-site parking for up to 6 cars. It is only a 2 -minute walk to the beach and there is a free island trolley stop directly outside the property.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 6 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Perfect location in Holmes beach. Parking was more than adequate. Plenty of pool furniture and grill and picnic tables for a great family dinner. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time here at TranquiliSea!! These are the things we loved as multiple families renting out both the top and bottom units:Landscape!Pool areaVery close to beachVery easy to locate and arrive/leaveParkingThe downstairs unit overallVery fast communication and fixing any issues that may ariseWiFi was greatLots of new looking furniture Things we would offer as suggestions:Very low amount of supplies on arrival (garbage bags/dish tabs/toilet paper/paper towelsNot many good sized pots (we often cook in to help spread cost on trips)No dishes geared towards children (plastic dishes that won’t break so easily to make it easier for kids)Recommend fixing the top unit to match the bottom especially the master bedrooms bathroom. (Little hot water and just not updated yet)We would recommend someone coming through prior to arrivals to verify everything is in working order and that things that are listed as being there are actually there. (I will say they ALWAYS answer immediately and also try to fix the issue immediately so for tht everyone was very grateful!!)Overall we did have a fantastic time here and would happily book again. We certainly do are not complaining in anyway just offering some of everyone’s input from the trip . We wanted to give as honest review as possible so we hope you feel the same way.I would recommend giving TranquiliSea a shot any day of the week!
