About this house rental

Holiday home L'Usignolo is an independent property unit Located in Colle del Sole, 1 km from the village of Pierantonio and 7 km from the town of Umbertide. Built in 2017, the owners have wisely wanted to choose the materials and the most modern technological systems. The property has 2 rooms with soundproofed and heated, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchenette, 2 outdoor pergolas with adjacent garden for the exclusive use of guests.
