Located in the hilly green heart of Umbria, Podere Gnani is a 18th Century beautiful stone colonic villa surrounded by one hectare of fenced off private garden, partly cultivated with olive groves, from which a good self-produced oil is obtained.
In the higher area of the garden is located the private swimming pool, overlooking the splendid panorama of the valley.
The house was completely restored in the 2000s, in full respect of materials and colors of the local building tradition. Even the furnishings – all coming from an authentic antique familiar selection - contribute in creating the special atmosphere of the property.
Presently, the house is organized on three floors, connected to each other by an internal staircase. Each floor is also accessible from the garden.
In the house there are four double bedrooms and three full bathrooms (one with a bath-tub and shower, the other two with a shower). An additional bed is available in the small living room on the lower floor. Overall, the house can accomodate up to 9 people.
The daily activities can take place in many living spaces, in the spacious kitchen and on the terraces overlooking the landscaped garden.
The house is equipped with modern comforts, such as a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa is located in a part of the Region remained unreachable until the end of the 1980s. Due to this reason, the entire area has been preserved intact, as a hilly area rich in woods and dotted with ancient farmhouses.
Despite its quiet location, it is the ideal starting point to visit the numerous places of art, culture and the naturalistic wonder for which Umbria is famous in the world.
