Your stay begins through a private gated courtyard, leading into a bright loft-style main living area where the kitchen, dining space, and living room flow together. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and loveseat centered around a large Smart TV, creating a relaxed space for movie nights or unwinding after a day exploring Mesa.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for group meals, with plenty of prep space and modern appliances. The dining area seats six indoors, while the nearby outdoor dining table allows the group to enjoy meals outside in the warm Arizona air.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

We were in town for a golf tournament my son played in and this house was perfect for our week there. There was an initial snafu with checking in because we were inadvertently given the check-in instructions for another house. One phone call cleared all of that and the rest was smooth sailing. The house is easily accessed and has a secure garage for parking a vehicle. The living room is very comfortable, especially for rain out days. The backyard is beautiful and looks like a great place to hangout. We started the fire once but the weather kept us inside most of our trip. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with utensils and cookware and coffee maker.
Communication with the owners was frequent and thorough, before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend.

The house was clean upon arrival. We noticed several really large flying insects in the kitchen area. Possibly Crain flies? It seems the door to the patio has a slight opening so maybe they come in that way. Air conditioning didn’t keep up with the temps, even though it wasn’t even that warm outside. Pool wasn’t heated, which we knew, but we weren’t able to use the pool due to the weather. Price seems high for the pool in months where it may not be usable. Most steps in the house are very steep. The outside steps are steel and very steep also. Not great for kids. Outside furniture was dingy and fire pit didn’t really work. Both showers had a strange set up and the washing machine was on a large step up, so getting clothes from the bottom was a chore. Overall, house was nice just some items that were an inconvenience. Communication was good with hosts, though. Neighborhood was quiet.
