The district features the Hale Centre Theatre with Broadway shows and active weekend markets, including the popular Gilbert Farmers Market. SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas-heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

Good.Great location the house is set up really well all bedrooms upstairs. Really close to downtown Gilbert which is really nice. Not sure how you would walk there tho like someone said in another comment it’s a couple miles. Stores close in every direction but you need to drive there is a gas station across the street. Bad.Like someone else said in another comment the house has the bare minimum in it. Also like another comment the backyard is definitely not as nice as the pictures. There is no grass just dirt and 1 foot tall weeds which is hard to keep pool clean when it’s right next to it. Pool lighting doesn’t workSpa lights don’t workSome junk left behind from old pool equipment Pump is loud and close to pool and spaFooseball table broken-handles not attached Skeetball broken-bottom keeps falling offDartboard broken- someone bought real darts for it and it’s a plastic tip board. It’s a decent place probably wouldn’t stay here again unless the price was lower there are a lot of nicer places in the area for the same price. I usually always leave 5 stars but I was definitely disappointed with all the things listed above.

The stay was great! Perfect size house for a group of this size. The back yard was not as the pics advertised. Over grown grass and not maintained. Coffee pot needs to be cleaned, have more bath towels, simply not enough. Need spatulas for cooking and some wooden spoons. I’d also add a couple more coffee cups. My fault but maybe supply some olive or Avacado oil for cooking. We had to call and get the skimmer thing to clean the pool and needed corn hole bags. The property manager was super responsive! We also are hosts on VRBO and for us feedback is a gift! Thank you for the popcorn and candy, nice gesture!

House is setup perfectly, bedrooms separated from main living space. Those late night family members did not keep me awake. Backyard and pool are amazing, all had a great trip.

The kitchen was minimally stocked, so we had to purchase basics like cleaning spray, oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. Ran out of laundry soap. It would have been helpful to have these provided. There were also no rugs in the bathrooms, so we ended up buying one for the shower.Additionally, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work, and all of them were outdated, making it difficult to stream or cast since they weren’t SMART TVs.We paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated daily, but the instructions for use were unclear, which the host acknowledged. Despite contacting the pool service technician, we were left unsure if or when the pool was properly heated. It seemed the technician had other priorities, as they mentioned being busy with a re-plumbing project.Overall, while the property had potential, some additional attention to detail and better communication about amenities would greatly improve the experience.
