In a safe and quiet neighborhood, our beautiful home has 10 big, comfortable beds plus a backyard Fun Zone-heated swimming pool, putting green, Jacuzzi spa, fire table, and flat-screen TV.
Downstairs game room with a regulation 7-foot slate pool table, Ms. Pacman arcade (with Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug +10 more retro games!) a tournament-style foosball table, and a 50” flat screen TV. Bright, great-room floorplan offers plenty of room for everyone. Over 2350 sq ft of living space with indoor dining for twelve, outdoor patio dining for an add'l six. Just 9 minutes to the fabulous nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes to Talking Stick Casino and Golf Resort, 9 minutes to Topgolf, 19 Minutes to TPC Championship Golf Course, 14 minutes to Camelback Mountain trailhead, 15 minutes to Barrett-Jackson auction and all the spring training baseball stadiums.
