About this house rental
Enjoy your time in this beautiful, spacious home. As you enter, you will be greeted by a hand-painted mural in a large living area with high ceilings. The center of action is the bright kitchen/common area with great views of the pool and backyard through the large gliding doors. Want to sleep in a king bed a couple of feet from the pool in the master bedroom? Surely there will be competition if there is more than two of you. But don't worry, there is a second master bedroom with a large gliding door overlooking the backyard. There are three more smaller bedrooms, one with a bunkbed, one with a queen, and one with two twin beds.
The house has two large living/common areas, one combined with the kitchen. There are two master bedrooms, one a few feet from the pool, the other overlooking the backyard. The remaining three smaller bedrooms have a bunk-bed, a queen bed and two twin beds. There are also two desk for a quiet working area. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room for two people to sleep on.
Outdoors, you'll find a freshly remodeled, sparkling bright, heated pool. But that's not all, eat your meal under the patio in the outdoor dining area, play on the lawn or relax under the pergola.
Parking is available in the two-car carage and/or in the driveway.
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking allowed (including e-cigarettes)
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Swim at your own risk
- Quiet hours: 10pm-8am. Please keep the noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Security camera: An exterior camera is installed near the front door, monitoring only the outside (street side) of the house
- Be careful when parking two cars in the garage. It's a tight fit for two cars.

This property was perfect for our family get together. We really appreciated the multiple sitting areas both inside and out. It was easy for a family member to find a quiet spot to read while others were playing games or watching TV. The pool was definitely a hit for part of our group, heated to a comfortable temperature. Beautiful yard with plenty of seating and a grassy area perfect for lawn games. The host was very gracious, quick with responses, and sympathetic to our needs. We inquired as to how stocked the kitchen was as we were planning to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Timea graciously provided a roaster, extra utensils and disposable pans, even a pumpkin pie! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Excellent communication with the host and property manager. Both accomodated our special request for arrival. The house and grounds were very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to many restaurants and stores. Plenty of space for our group to relax. Everything is on one floor with no stairs which makes it easy for the elderly to move about.The kitchen is short on serving dishes, mixing bowls, etc if you want to cook a meal. But there are enough plates, cups, silverware to eat off of if ordering out. Comfortable beds and lots seating throughout the house and in the outdoor area.We were very happy with our stay and the overall experience with this rental.

House is spacious and has a super nice backyard area with pool. Both master suites have walk-in showers so very accessible for older adults.

The house was great, the outdoor area was very nice. I did have to reach out to the host the day of to get check in information and we did have some issues with interned connection. Despite these things I loved the house and would stay again!
