This was our third year staying at your home in Chandler and the experience was once again terrific. The home presented perfectly and was extremely clean as expected. This home has ever amenity needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen has nice appliances and plenty of dishes/silverware to accommodate ten men. There are nice linens and plenty of towels...even some rollout cots if needed.
The pool and the grounds were very clean. The yard service crew came on our last day to make sure everything was dialed in. The home has plenty of games including billiards, ping pong, corn hole and air hockey....but most of our time was spent sitting around the fire table.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The home is in an ideal spot for restaurants, fuel, groceries and accessible to the highway.
On the first day, one of the showers was draining slowly. I contacted the Evolve team and it was serviced that morning....before we returned from our golf round. Kudos for taking care of the issue so quickly.
There is nothing that the home needs to improve. It's a really great spot.

We booked our stay in Chandler. My Mother in Law lives in Mesa and my Sister in Law lives in Queens Creek. Sky Harbor was only 12 minutes away. It was perfect distance to be able to see everyone one and fly in and out of the airport for our stay.
The house had everything we needed during our stay here. The location was perfect with plenty of activities to do for the whole family close by.

The house was conveniently located and sized appropriately for a large family get together. Unfortunately, upon arrival the air conditioning unit was being replaced for the upper floor. The repair was not made and during the entire stay the unit was hot (average temperatures in the area was over 100 degrees) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and spending time upstairs. Continual follow up with the property manager which was less than helpful and no real attention was given in a timely manner in order to allow for a more comfortable stay. Members of our party left a day early due to being uncomfortable and not wanting to sleep in the heat.
