A little more about the space:

Fully renovated with all new interior, pool, beds, and furniture. Centrally located by the 101 and 60, so you are a short drive away from nearly any convenience. Walking through the front door, you will be greeted by a large comfy sectional sofa and a 65" 4K TV for entertaining your guests. The dining table has seating for 10, and the fully stocked kitchen with island seating has everything you'll need for a home-cooked meal.

Walk through the laundry room, where a large washer and dryer are available for use, and you'll enter into a large playroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room features two double beds, 55" TV, a foosball table, life size Connect 4 game, beanbag chairs, and board games for all your entertainment needs. In the large double closet, you'll find two pack-n-play cribs for use if needed.

On the other side of the house, you will find a bathroom in the hallway and four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, dedicated workspace, and a 55" TV.

Next to the master bedroom, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with a twin-size daybed with a pullout trundle twin bed underneath. On the wall is a 45" tv.

Move down the hall, and you'll find bedrooms 4 and 5 that each have a king-size bed for maximum comfort.

And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! The private backyard features a recently re-done private pool fenced in for added protection. This pool has a shallow end and a 9-foot-deep diving end and is perfectly shaded by the many citrus trees that line the backyard.

Under the porch cover, you'll find a shaded dining table for 6, a side table with seating for 2, and a large 5-burner grill with propane and all cooking tools included.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home and property. Parking in the driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and parking on the street to accommodate up to three more vehicles.
Other things to note
• No parties without prior approval
• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Pets are allowed with an added pet fee of $50/night
• Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
• A doorbell camera and driveway camera are equipped on the home for added security. No other cameras exist on within the property or the backyard for your privacy.
