While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the hotel itself felt like a budget airline trying to extract every dollar possible from its visitors. Signs were everywhere encouraging you to spend more money. The parking situation almost feels vaguely threatening given signs warning about clamping your vehicle abound. In addition, I was rudely awoken at 2 am by a group of guys singing drunkenly either outside or in the hall, I’m not quite sure which. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again despite it’s convenient to the airport.

My room was a downgrade from what I booked. I did not book an accessible room, which was less expensive. I thought the Hotel is overpriced for what and where it is. I hadno problem paying for shuttle €3, but did not know this in advance, and signage at Airport lacking for Premier Hotel Shuttle.

This hotel is a straight cash grab -- super expensive and utterly without frills or decent service. The staff are brusque and offer no accommodations; the room is barely turned over (our bed was like half made; the room is bare bones). It is very clean, however, and quiet, so if you need an airport overnight stop it does offer that. But it should be charging half the price for what it offers.

Don’t go here. Put me in a different room then what was paid for. Told me too bad and to contact expedia. Shuttle didnt show up at the airport.

Great location for airport. Very little external noise. Family room for 2 adults and children very cramped with one bed being a camp bed. Beds in general were uncomfortable. Room seemed unkempt, curtain hanging off. Lobby area and outside front door smelt really badly of stale cigarette smoke. We didn't raise any issue whilst there as we checked in around 2am after a late flight and were leaving first thing the following day.

Overall experience was good, I am just giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of two things. The AC turns off in the middle of the night and it gets super hot. The second thing is neither of the wi-fi reaches the upper floor rooms decently. Apart from that it’s a good hotel, 4/5 stars.
