I was charged €59.25 for 3 Pinot Grg ....33.75 3 DB KolinasMer....25.50 Total....59.25. We were not even offered to purchase a bottle of each. Which I am assuming would have cost less. We had a late flight back to the airport and were looking to chill for a while. I can tell you, it was an expensive chill.

It works fine if you need a location for airport

Easy access to the airport. Standard hotel. Decent room size and amenities. The bathroom was great nice big bathtub.

The staff in all areas seemed a bit unhappy. I went down for dinner because there's not many options in walking distanced and was told no its reservations only.

Perfect for Dublin airport connection.

We arrived at 5:30pm and had to leave for airport at 5:15am on Monday morning so did not get to have breakfast. Best very comfortable.

The hotel was functional as a place to stay the night, but was thoroughly disappointing in most ways

The hotel is close to the airport, which was handy. The room was clean. It was functional. It is a bit of a stretch to try to add more things I liked. It was just okay. You still want some more, but there wasn't much more good about it.

They told us that they have an airport shuttle but didn't mention that you have to pay 3 euros per person for it. The lights in the room didn't work unless you put your room key card into a slot just inside the door. That is fine, and a good idea in terms of saving energy, but it seems like something you should tell guests so they don't wander about the room at first wondering why none of the light switches or outlets work. The staff were okay but kind of cold, and didn't seem particularly interested in being helpful. It cost twice as much as the other places we stayed during our trip, offered half the service and amenities, the staff were about a quarter as friendly and helpful, and it had none of the charm.

Breakfast was standard Check in staff and breakfast staff nice and helpful. Check out staff didn't make sense!

Slept in our clothes as room was so cold. Couldn't have shower because room so cold. Turned on the 'heated' towel rail to heat my clothes before getting dressed and guess what? That didn't heat up! Left the rail on while we went to breakfast, came back and it still hadn't heated! Complained at check-out. Front desk said we should contact hotel 24hours before stay for heater?? So do we have to book heat for our stay now? This was not a one off occurrence as we had stayed 6 nites earlier and that room was freezing. There was cold air being blown into the room by their 'heating' system. Contacted front desk and a dimplex heater was brought to the room. So it looks like the rooms are not being heated and only when you complain, a dimplex heater is brought to the room. I don't think it's too much to expect a room to have heat. I most certainly won't be staying there again and I will let anyone I know who may be thinking of staying there, not to!
