Wonderful n v lovely rooms

Lovely restaurant attached to hotel . V close to airport by cab . Walking distance to beautiful swords village . That has a huge shopping centre the “pavilion “ with a cinema n great shops .

Excellent Stay Near the Airport

What I really liked there was how convenient everything was – the bus from Dublin Airport stops right outside the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and having a pub next door with great food and delicious Smokin’ Bones dishes made the stay even better.

I was in the hotel for one night and exhausted so can only comment on the comfortable bed.

For a “Dublin Airport” hotel, the location was nowhere near the airport with no shuttle, no taxi driver prepared to make the trip and no information provided about the service bus.

Overpriced - no airport shuttle service

Hotel was convenient to the airport.

Hotel listed an airport shuttle as an amenity online but they have since discontinued their airport shuttle. Also, room was on first floor and was very noisy with parking lot and road noise. The room did not have air conditioning or a fan or any way to cool down the space and opening the window on an already noisy road wasn't a great option either. Price of the room was too high. We paid the price with the intention of taking advantage of the now non-existent hotel shuttle to and from the airport but ended up needing to use a taxi.

The room was in a corridor and the door to and from was next to our room. There were a lot of noisy people that continued to make a racquet despite being asked by ourselves and the night manager. The bath had some glue/ yellow stuff stuck to it and so couldn’t be used

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, allowing you to take Bus 41 to Swords and reach the hotel without needing a taxi. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me to leave my carry-on and backpack when I arrived at 9:30 AM. The area is charming, with many pubs, restaurants, and a castle all within walking distance, and visiting the castle is free. I had my hair washed and conditioned at a local salon and enjoyed the best lunch at The Arch Pub. There were plenty of options for dining, drinks, and access to public transportation.

The front desk cleark told me the coffee at the reception area was free but on the day I was checking out. two days later, another person told me I had to pay 3 euros. I didn't like how she delivered the message.
