Relax in this quiet, centrally located space just outside the Porta San Matteo, historic center. 70 m2 apartment on the second floor with fantastic balcony overlooking the towers of San Gimignano. Equipped with a double bedroom, 1 large living room with a single bed, sofa, 1 complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. Kitchen equipped with hob, sink, oven, kettle, coffee machine. This modern apartment is in a great location on the edge of the old town in San Gimignano.
The ease of a short walk everywhere made our short time in this beautiful medieval town very enjoyable.
Parking is not onsite or outside the apartment as we were lead to believe from the advertisement. Although not far away, with heavy luggage, a climb from the public carpark down the road and 2 floors of stairs to climb, this was our only challenge.
Opening up the windows and shutters on arrival was required to relieve the apartment of a musty odour-this dissipated once fresh air was achieved.
The host was responsive once contact from us prior to arrival was initiated. Overall we enjoyed a very safe and comfortable stay and loved San Gimignano.

really convenient location with on street parking and a 10 minute walk to main square in san Gimignano. I would certainly use again.
