Camilla is an exceptional host. She met me half past midnight to let me into the apartment. I am so glad she did, because it would have been difficult for me to locate the parking lot and the apartment. She guided me beautifully. I appreciate the high level of customer service. The location is perfect, sitting just outside the walls of San Gimignano. The views of the Tuscany Hills is magnifiicent! The AC kicks and she had a refreshing bottle of water waiting for me. She is beyond lovely and hospitable.
The beds are a bit on the firm side for me. A lovely, cushioned pillow top mattress pad and better pillows would elevate this property. The pillows were made of a stiff foam. Goose down feather pillows or something softer and more malleable would add more comfort.

Great location close to historical city centre. Great host. Apartment was very clean and nice furbished, we had all what was needed for family holiday.
