The apartment is recently renovated and is very well done. It has all the space we needed for two adults and two children. It is in a really great location in San Gimignano to explore the town, visit other towns or to explore the countryside. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there is a hob and a small oven/microwave if you wanted to cook. Stefano is a great host, communication was great and he met us exactly where and when he said he would. Stefano also provided some good restaurant recommendations.

Parto col dire che Stefano, il proprietario è una persona squisita ed estremamente gentile. Ci ha offerto anche un aperitivo di benvenuto! L'appartamento è in una posizione strepitosa, a pochissimi passi da tutte le più importanti attrazioni della città ed è completamente ristrutturato. All'interno si trova tutto il necessario, compresa la macchina del caffè e le cialde e qualcosa di basico per la colazione. In omaggio anche due mezzi litri di acqua naturale. Anche il garage privato ( a pagamento) è un bel vantaggio. Essendo una via centrale chiaramente c'è un po' di rumore, ma questo è assolutamente prevedibile. Consigliamo a tutti di alloggiare da Stefano e se dovessimo tornare a San Gimignano di certo torneremo nuovamente da lui.
