Stefano, our host was absolutely wonderful. This place was recently redecorated and modernized has all the amenities you need. The air-conditioning’s were incredible. There is one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Car park 4 maximum charge €15 has a convenient elevator to get you inside San Gimignano across from the parking lot! Short roll with your luggage to the apartment!

The apartment is recently renovated and is very well done. It has all the space we needed for two adults and two children. It is in a really great location in San Gimignano to explore the town, visit other towns or to explore the countryside. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there is a hob and a small oven/microwave if you wanted to cook.
Stefano is a great host, communication was great and he met us exactly where and when he said he would. Stefano also provided some good restaurant recommendations.
