Nestled in the charming Burke's Beach on Hilton Head Island, this remarkable 6-bedroom, 5 1/2-bathroom home is a coastal paradise that offers a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-designed interior that seamlessly blends modern amenities with beachside elegance.
The open-concept living area is adorned with large windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. The living room is tastefully furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests. The kitchen is a chef's dream and is designed to cater to both casual family meals and formal dinner parties. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining area, where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. Right outside the formal dining table on the screened porch is an additional dining table and seating.
Each of the six bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Booked a trip for 15 friends, the house is beautiful and has amazing communal spaces for large group hangs and private spaces for break-away moments. The house has an incredible location right by the beach and only neighbors on two sides. Great number of bathrooms for the amount of guests, and plenty of dish ware for large groups. Management was very communicative and provide a personalized FAQ site. Use the concierge, they provided amazing recommendations for personal chefs and an in-home spa day. As a heads-up, "heated pool" means use of the hot tub, which we didn't realize, but otherwise the pool was a Dream. The whole trip was amazing!

House was roomy; however, walls are thin. Sounds echo and you can hear everything despite closed doors. Grill utensils were missing, had to improvise with what was available; not a very safe situation. The proximity to the beach was great. However, be aware - the house sits on the corner of a busy street and there is lots of foot traffic. It is not a peaceful, quiet setting if that’s what you are looking for. We had problems with the pool/spa - system not circulating properly. The property mgr was responsive to my several calls. The pool cleaning company was awful. We had to call for cleanings. Guy shows up, dumps chemicals in and leaves - property mgr offered to personally clean. The house was barely cleaned. We had to vacuum all bedrooms and the main area - it was pretty gross. Will need to buy bags of ice - ice maker barely worked. There are pool toys and boogie boards for guest use. There is no shade over pool/spa area except for a small umbrella. The pool itself is a nice size for a large family. There are few bike paths other than the busy, very noisy, main street. The park across the street has a few paths but they are scattered and are not conducive for a bike ride. Just some honest observations about the house and the area. The size fit our needs and it is close to the beach. The trade offs: noisy area and lack of bike paths. Also, be aware that the driveway fits (3) cars very tightly; cannot accommodate anymore.
