Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
Views, views, and more views! What better way to start your day than listening to the surf, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the marsh with active wildlife, and the ocean just beyond while sipping your coffee on the deck? An expansive, gorgeous beach is just a 3-minute walk away! 26 Bradley is the perfect location on Hilton Head. Come and play tennis or golf at championship golf courses. Chaplin Park is just steps away to play tennis and pickleball will be coming soon!
This lovely home boasts four primary suites, all with amazing views. Walking into this lovely home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all make up the great room, allowing for an easy flow and an open, airy atmosphere. The living room is newly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for all and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef would need and has plenty of counterspace for multiple people to cook with room to spare. The formal dining table has seating for 10, and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar.
On the main level, Bedroom 1 serves as the master and has a king-sized bed, balcony access, plush seating around the cozy fireplace (not for guest use), as well as an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed as well as an ensuite bathroom.
On the lower level, you will find the last three bedrooms and a separate living area. The living area has a sofa bed. bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, seating, and balcony access. Bedroom 3 has a king-sized bed with 2 twin beds, balcony access, and tons of windows to enjoy the view. Bedroom 4 has two queen-sized beds and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, seating, and balcony access.
Outside, spend your days basking away in the sun at the private pool and spa! There are plenty of Adirondack chairs and pool loungers for everyone. The beach is only a minute away, whenever you’re ready!

• The pool and spa (does not have jets) can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

The property was bigger than was indicated in the pictures. The house was clean with big rooms and plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a small turkey dinner with the equipment provided. Island Time was generous enough to provide us with a roasting pan, a turkey baster, and even a thermometer! The views of the ocean were spectacular. It was a wonderful holiday and experience.

The home had a great location and offered plenty of space, making it ideal for our group. However, the layout felt a bit disconnected, with the pool located on the ground floor near the garage and the living area on the top floor. The kitchen also had a lingering smell of old food, but after cleaning the counters, stove, and garbage bins, the issue was resolved. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the separation between the pool and living areas were a little disappointing but worked.

We enjoyed the house. Especially liked the living area and large dining table. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large. The only things I have to comment on negatively were the trees around pool and going up steps need to be trimmed. The steps were a mess from droppings of palm trees. Also, the concrete around pool is not level by spa.My grand daughter tripped and got cut on it. All in all, we would stay there again.

It was a great week in the best house. It was perfect for our family. We could walk to the beach with little ones and that was very convenient for us. We do a week every summer with our grown kids and their kids and this was called best week ever. Thanks.
