Property was clean and had everything we needed. There was enough space. Although we had neighbors, it was very quiet and private. The beach was literally our backyard.

Loved this house. Only down side was elevator not working I was called about that prior to arrival. Close walk to beach. Lots of beach chairs, beach wagons, sand toys. Linens were excellent. Lovely beach towels. We received a welcome gift on arrival plus there were fresh flowers on dining table. Nice touches to a great house.

Upon arriving noted pocket door in master bath was off its track. There was mold in the master shower. The stools in the den need the legs tightened up. The hose at the pool had holes in it. The window over the master toilet was covered with pollen. The Keurig coffee pot stopped working on the last day. And of course the elevator was out of service. All minor stuff that didn’t in the least prevent us from a fabulous stay. Great house, great location, would definitely rent it again!

This was an awesome trip with my family. The home was cozy and spacious. The top floor had a suite that could literally sleep more than 3 people comfortably. The heated pool was a plus! Loved it.
