The house was clean, in excellent repair, and well-equipped. Host & Home's customer service attention was impressive. We had a wonderful time there. We needed six bedrooms, for 17 people, which was what attracted us to this house that sleeps well over 20, but it's good to note that 12 of the bed spaces are in a single bedroom. So, great for families with lots of kids that can share that room. The main living area and kitchen are a little tight for that many people, although we found it manageable.
