The house was great and really worked for our party. Loved the property and location. The host was good at communicating and I would rent this property again. We did have an issue with the hot tub and the host was good at communicating quickly and the pool company came out twice but still didn’t clean the hot tub. We ended up cleaning the hot tub ourself and cleaning the grime off the side and skimming it. Also, the pictures show a hot tub attached to the pool but there isn’t a hot tub by the pool.

Overall, good place. However, we had a few issues. First, the elevator was not working. It took two days for them to fix it, and even after they did, you could not "call" for the elevator if you were on a floor other than the one it dropped the last person off on. This was challenging the entire trip, because we had a handicapped guest as well as an 8-month pregnant guest in a house with 5 stories.Next, the hot tub shown by the pool is now covered with stones. This was unfortunate, because once again, our handicapped guest was unable to enjoy what she thought she'd be able to. The only other hot tub was only on the rooftop which was only acceptable by spiral staircase.Finally, one couple got locked in their room, as the door handle came off after shutting. Despite maintenance fixing it, they still got stuck in the room afterward due to the door constantly getting jammed. The maintenance man even noted that it was an issue.Overall, clean place and we had a great time. Easy communication with the property manager. However, it was not as advertised. Had we known of these issues, we would have rented another place to ensure full enjoyment for our handicapped and pregnant guests.

This house is fantastic for large groups! There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen and living area is very spacious. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the rooftop patio is beautiful. The best thing is the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes from the doorstep. Check-in was easy and the property managers are so nice, helpful and responsive they are fabulous to work with.
