4 Surf Watch Way is a magnificent 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom, pet friendly home accommodating up to 16 guests and making it perfect for family reunions or large gatherings. Outside, a fantastic deck overlooks the pool and spa, with a fully fenced turf yard providing privacy for both children and pets. Take advantage of the yard games and cool off in the backyard pool. Additionally, the game room offers Foosball, Darts, and Ping Pong for added entertainment. This property offers a relaxing retreat for vacationers and includes up to $1000 in FREE activities with every reservation. Only 0.3 Miles (525 yards) to the beach!

Pool*: 12'x20' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made. (There is no working spa at this property.)
DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

The property was in a great location just minutes from the beach. Ample space with many bedrooms for larger parties. The host company was attentive and made all the information easily accessible to us. They even allowed us to check in slightly earlier than expected as we were already on the island. The only pitfalls were the availability of some essentials like food seasonings and garbage bags. Additionally, the checkout procedures are very strict and you are threatened with 500 fine if you don’t comply. Overall a great stay in a good location.

House was even more beautiful in person. Lots of space for our group to enjoy! Our main complaint was the lack of cleaning supplies. We were given 3 trash bags for a 15 person house for a 3 day stay. There were no sponges, cleaning supplies etc to wipe down counters and such. Additionally, the Keurig did not work. I put in a maintenance request and was not contacted in response and hours later a man appeared in our kitchen without warning.

There was no beach view from the house but we knew that when we made the reservation. Easy walk to Burkes Beach which is an awesome not very crowded beach and dog friendly. The house was a few yards from Chaplin Community Park which was a great place to take our dog for a early morning walk. Back yard fence was great for the dog as well. Elevator was so important to get my mom in and out of house. The house was perfectly clean except for the dishwasher which we needed to run to clean it out before we used it. The host was awesome and very helpful with planning activities. Very friendly staff! Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at this property was incredibly disappointing. First and foremost, the mattresses were HORRIBLE—so uncomfortable that none of us got a decent night’s sleep. We even debated leaving early. The pool and spa were not cleaned, and to make matters worse, the lights in the pool/spa didn’t even work. We reached out to management multiple times, and they were absolutely no help.
The overall cleanliness of the home was subpar; the walls were dirty, and we even encountered dead bugs out in the open areas. The WiFi was painfully slow, and we had to reset it at times during our 4 night stay, which was frustrating when trying to relax. Lastly, the water pressure in the master bathroom was almost nonexistent, making using the sinks a hassle.
For the price, we expected much more. I would not recommend this rental, especially if you value your lumbar.
