The house is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach. Walking to the beach takes about 9-10 min (it can take longer with kids or older family members).
You can drive your car or a golf cart to the beach. There is beach parking with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces.

This property is even better than we expected. It was large enough to give everyone their own space while having room for the family to get together for game nights. It was close to everything but in a neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. We will definitely come back. Management was easy to deal with and very helpful!

We travel many times a year and always Airbnb. So I feel I can appropriately compare to what is norm. The home itself is beautiful. It’s walking distance to a beach. It’s fully stocked with most things except beach towels & a keurig. There is a small coffee pot. There are lots of bugs; ginormous roaches in elevator and garage and large spiders in pool. An exterminator should be considered. The beds are not very comfy in any room. The wifi is very weak. The water pressure is very bad. If you shower on 1st or 2nd floor, 3rd floor gets a dribble of water from shower. The pool area needs some love. We got an excellent price on the rental comparatively so the inconveniences weren’t horrible considering the cost... but if the cost is more in line with similar homes I’d pass.
