Location, location, location! There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy this 7300 sq. ft. home with 6 different gathering areas indoors. Additionally, there are 3 huge outdoor decks, plus a large screened-in porch featuring a wet bar & TV, which will allow you to enjoy your surroundings bug free!

As you enter the home, you walk into an airy foyer that leads down into a sunken living area that has views of the ocean. Cool, off-white tiling throughout this level, gives you a Mediterranean feel! This room has a cream-colored sectional and 3 club chairs, it has a unique coffee table with 4 "hidden" seats for extra seating and French doors that lead out to the pool area. There is also a convenient wet bar area located on this level, complete with dishwasher, microwave, sink, toaster oven, coffee maker and a bistro table with seating for 4.

Off to the far left is an over-sized recreational/bedroom with 3 bunks that will sleep up to 8 people. Two of the bottom bunks are queens and the tops are twin XL's. There is also a full bath off of this room, a 56" mounted flat screen TV and plenty of seating with a fully furnished living room sectional, chairs and a pub table with 4 stools for eating & playing games. There are also doors that give you access to the pool area. In addition, on this level is the large game room with a TV, wet bar and many activities for the family to enjoy together!

As you go up to the expansive foyer, you enter the main upper level with the over-sized living area that opens up to the kitchen. The dining table, with stunning light fixtures, seats up to 10 and there are additional bar and tables that seat an additional 16 people. How many homes can offer this amount of seating in the same living area? Not many!

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all top of the line appliances, wine cooler and extra dishwasher to meet all of your dining and entertaining needs! Beautiful quartz counters, bar and island are exquisite and functional. There is a half bath located off of the kitchen, as well as the laundry room, with a 2nd full-sized fridge. Right off the kitchen is a huge oceanside deck for grilling and enjoying beautiful sunsets! The soft coastal colors of greys, whites and blues will be a great back drop for the ultimate fun and relaxing vacation and getaway with your family and friends.

This main level has beautiful Brazilian cherry hard wood flooring throughout extending up to the 3rd floor common areas. On the 2nd level there are 3 bedrooms. To the left of the hall on the left side is a bedroom with 2 Queens that has access to the modern full bath in the hall. Across from this bedroom is a master suite, complete with king bed, double sleeper sofa, a master bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub, ridiculously spacious shower and two large vanities. There is also a sitting area by the windows that overlooks the ocean, a wonderful spot to enjoy reading or relaxing before the day starts and the fun begins! There is the 3rd bedroom which has 2 Queens and a sitting area with a double sleeper sofa and a contemporary en suite bathroom.

Finally, on the 3rd level are the remaining 4 king bedrooms (two of which offer a twin sleeper bed). All of these bedrooms have balconies with seating that have direct views of the ocean that are just spectacular! One bedroom offers a shower and a bathtub. There is a wet bar in an alcove off of the hallway, complete with all of your midnight snack necessities! (Ice maker, fridge, microwave and coffee maker!) In addition, there is a 2nd compact laundry area in this hallway. On the 3rd level is also a large sitting room for relaxation and conversation with a desk nook for those that may have to sneak in some work while away.

Last but not least, your sanctuary awaits you in the backyard! Enjoy any time of day in the screened-in porch that overlooks the pool. There is plenty of seating for both lounging and dining around the pool deck and there are two levels of decking to spread out and enjoy the company surrounded by beautiful live oaks, pines and the sounds of the nearby ocean waves. **Bathroom located in the screened porch is not available for guest use**
